No, it's just so unimportant to me, with just a few exceptions. I was a "Dead Head" but after Jerry passed away, what's the point? Could It Be?Mister Henry says: " This thread makes me SO HAPPY that I have zero interest in music of any kind." Carl has a hunch that Jim gets pleasure out of not getting pleasure from music. That seems like "liking music" in a negative sense.

A lot of people feel as you do Jim Henry, trying to hold on to Jerry and what the band was. If there's any better example of doing whatever it takes to stay away from H and other hard drugs..
Yes, John Fred And His Playboy Band's Who Could Love You is a psych era tune, 1967, I'd call it pop psych, with a funky Motown groove underlayment.
My playlist was sort of a 'foundations of album rock' set, I guess you could say. What are you planning to play on your station?

I had been playing a lot of OTR, Carl's Low Power Hour, and several PSAs that the township sends me weekly. Once I put the station back on the air that all will continue, but at that point I will seek out additional talk and news programs that are available to Part 15 stations. Someone here posted a message with links to many such programs for me about a month or so ago. A lot of people feel as you do Jim Henry, trying to hold on to Jerry and what the band was. Planning the ScheduleFollowing the intensive construction stage Jim Henry is looking forward to the programming of HBR: " I will seek out additional talk and news programs that are available to Part 15 stations." Program links and recommendations will keep being added to these part 15 sites... this is a very high point in the offering of radio and podcast material... Right now I am organizing a program source directory that interlocks with other efforts, such as End80's "Part 15 Lab". When I get it published it will be part of my Hobby Radio Super Center

I'm a pretty hard core music fan, and my stance is freeform radio, my favorite kind of radio for a long time.
Carl once posted that music is like a drug, and I'd agree with that, I'm addicted, it keeps me coming back.
Maybe in terms of media type it's more like sports radio, when I hear an exciting play, of a song, I lean towards the radio to take it all in, and I remember bands and what they did in the past, what their stats are.
I guess my fantasy league is my own Part-15 station, where I figure out how songs fit the best together and will play out over the radio to make a winning show.
I use some PSAs, and I'm always trying to find more classic vintage ones that never wear out, like Forest Service with Smokey Bear, keeping our water clean any kind of old ones.
You have to watch out if you want them to just PSAs. I found some "PSAs" that were so close to promotions for a business and crossed the line from what I'd consider a PSA.
