That's what a well brand rum and coke cost in the bar next door, you're the one who got me thirsty for one by making me talk about it, it's only fair, you owe me four dollars, you got off cheap, a rum white Russian would have cost $8, but I don't want to price gouge you, so pay up and quit complaining!

Carl: I also don't know what you were going to say.
Drinks all around.

I'll be damned, I wonder what I was thinking. Somebody steered me a much more expensive direction back when I was first getting into the hobby, it was back around the time I had bought my first Rangmaster, and someone, probably on the old CUSA board had led me down the wrong avenue.. but I know I was suppose to look for a particular feature so I could properly adjust it to 125 positive peak modulation... or perhaps I totally misunderstood.

The KDX Scope
KDX has a B&K Model 1403A Scope from the 1970s and it still works!
The only thing I have ever done with it is align stereo tape heads.
When I wanted to try it for observing transmitter modulation I found that I needed a special probe, which I should simply obtain...
...but there is absolutely no shelf space anywhere suitable for the size and useful location, which means I need to build furniture.
A good oscilly-scope makes Radio Great Again

Who was it over at .us who used to have a video of an scope in action while he was transmitting on his part 15 station?
And is there a way to monitor your transmission on a scope without having to have it set up right next to the antenna?

So what's up with the "FCC Info" box?
If you like rum, check our Don Q. And it's not pronounced like the name 'Don' or 'Donny', but as in Spanish, doh-nn coo. Don Quixote in other words. hard to find. It's real Puertorican rum. Bacardi was originally Cuban, so the Puertorican family tells me.

it has my contact info in it and all the info on my operation should the fcc show up when i am not home. just to make it more inviting to the fcc and hopefully help things get off to a right start should they show.
