There is always discussion about running Part 15 stations as a commercial business, and some stations have succeeded at doing so, including Big D Country, Friday Harbor Tiny Radio and End 80 Radio. In each case relationships have been established with area businesses and sponsorship sought, resulting in website and broadcast advertisements. Has anyone explored the possibility of running Infommercials? We've all heard those lengthy program-length pitches for vitamins and lifestyles filling the "off-hours" of licensed stations. Why not sell time on Part 15 radio to air infommercials? Here is a website where you can sample many infommercials and get an idea of who is producing them. b22.linuxmaniac.net/infomercials/audio/

Remember when Coast To Coast AM was at its prime with Art Bell? 150 old Art Bell Shows are now available for free use by non-commercial stations under "community audio," the term now used in place of "open source." archive.org/details/150ArtBellCoastToCoastOldShows
