The Kevin Smith Show-Talk Radio Like Nowhere Else On Earth.
Kevin passed away from complications of heart surgery.
I carried Kevin's show on MRAM 1500 for several years. He will be missed.
His friend and sometimes co-host, Jerry Wills, presented a memorial show. You can listen at:

Jerry Wills tried to keep the KSS show going but after only two days realized KSS was Kevin Smith and Kevin can't be replaced.
Jerry will continue to develop his own Xpeditions.TV program.
I on the other hand have almost 6 years of KSS shows in the can. As a KSS affiliate station I was authorized to rebroadcast KSS. As such I have decided to continue with the show at least for the immediate future on AM 1500 and my webcast.

What have we missed?
For the last half hour I've been running the youtube link memorializing the departure of Kevin Smith, and as it continues to play I'll type.
This exceptionally strange time we live brings the ultimate of media opportunity, with creative shows never before possible to do or hear, thanks to the internet, but, and it's the worst "but" ever voiced, we are being dragged into the past by criminal government and pushed into extinction by nuclear and chemical disasters. The human race is obviously incapable of managing its own place in nature.
Voices like Keven Smith's have talked to us, but some of us weren't tuned in.
The paranormal is a euphemism for the unexplained; the mysterious. What did he know? Where is he now?
Our telescopic ears scan the night hoping for word, but are greeted by the silence of Kevin Smith's absence.
MRAM finds himself in possession of a large Kevin Smith archive. Perhaps the "afterlife" might be constructed by putting those shows into circulation for surviving Part 15 stations?

Jerry Wills will host a FREE broadcast this evening, 9/4/13, from his website, Xpeditions.tv . Future broadcasts will be members only.
The broadcast will be at 10 pm Eastern time.
