Hopefully this message gets to Bob an the rest of the crew about the curiosity of the ALPB facebook page still being up.
When a page is deleted on facebook, it takes quite a while before it is totally gone from their server. This is deliberately setup like this by Facebook Inc, because, often people who delete their pages, decide they want them back at a later date and also, Facebook has a policy not to delete pages until a certain time frame has passed, I believe it is a total of two months or one full month at the least.
The page can, however, be UNPUBLISHED by the page creator, where it will be hidden from public view until the duration has expired and the page is officially deleted and un-recoverable on the Facebook server.
This setting is found under settings and only a page Admin or moderator of the page can change that setting.
If you need more help, please ask me, I did this with my WXTZ 87.9 Norwich facebook page, but as some of you can see, I changed my mind a week before the final warning of loosing the deleted page and un-deleted it and re-published it for public view.
Hope this clears up the matter about the ALPB Facebook page that Anthony, AtrainRadio created.
Bruce.
