OK, it took a while to get the various permissions sorted out for the new Moderators.
Admin (MRAM) has described the new board policies in a previous thread; these were arrived at during the last ALPB meeting. There is really only one - no ad hominem (personal) attacks; that includes not only attacks against members of this Forum, but anyone outside the Forum as well.
I'm hoping to keep moderation to a minimum, and normally any moderation will occur behind the scenes, without an accompanying post. But I felt it was important to describe the actions I have now taken, which are the first under the new rule(s).
The discussion contained with the thread 'I Have Requested to Hav (sic) My Account...' regarding testing FM transmitters at height has been moved to a new thread of that name. I edited several posts in that thread, but in the future, similar posts will just be deleted. The offtopic posts which broke the no ad hominem attacks rule in the original thread have been removed, and that thread has been locked.
