Here's a link to a very large downloadable collection of old time radio shows, compiled by the Old Time Radio Researchers (OTRR) group. www.otrrlibrary.org/This list is a work in progress. The OTRR is in the process of cataloging and sometimes re-encoding (to obtain better quality than existing rips) all existing old time radio shows. A huge undertaking. The ones that they have completed (OTRR Certified Sets) can be found at: archive.org/search.php?query=subject%3A%22OTRR+Certified+Set%22The first link contains over 1000 series, including all the best known, such as The Jack Benny Show, Fibber McGee & Molly, etc. But of particular interest are the lesser known shows, sometimes with only one or two surviving episodes. It's difficult to find them anywhere else but here.

Program Stuffing
With an already over-bloated program schedule on KDX, this new find by Artisan Radio has me stuffing the schedule with "Here's Morgan" from the 1940s, when they gave Henry Morgan a microphone and said, "Talk. We can't afford writers."
Then my thoughts drifted and I wondered what to call new radio programs, considering that "Old Time Radio" dwindled in the 1950s.
I guess now it's all sorted out under the word "genres" which has so many variants that more than one of them is grouped under "Variety" and the weird genres are labeled "eclectic".
New Age Radio got old fast after being boring for a short time.
The rest of the space on this post is for sale, what do you have to promote?
