Yeah, the spy has left a trail of breadcrumbs leading from our other forum to that other Nazi run forum, here is the response email i received today.

Interesting wording, although i must admit I thought i was going easy on that forum and tried to use gentle words so as not to upset the grand furor.
Maybe i should have slipped a few sentence enhancers in there as well.

No worries though, as i had said before , I didn't feel comfortable there (HB) and should have known better than to try to see what was hiding behind the iron curtain... oh look, it's a washed up engineer and his pet monkey. I have to wonder if they share a bogus account so B, can slip in as Carmine5?

I almost joined HB years ago, and was working my way through the registration process, until I hit the part where they wanted me to write a short essay on why I wanted to join their Forum. I looked at the page for a while, and figured that if my wanting to join wasn't enough, and they had *that* much to hide, screw them!

I've never been sorry about that decision, having seen what they've done to individuals that have dared to speak up against the webmaster and his favored cohorts. I don't think I'd last very long, as I don't tend to be tolerant towards crap.

I do have to wonder at the mentality of those who do join, and are willing to put up with what does go on (such as the most recent decision to hide internet links from both the public and members who haven't curried enough favor to get 'promoted'). From what I see, though, there aren't that many new members, and virtually everyone posting can see them (so I guess they don't care about the stupidity of the policy).

Are you all ready for a BIG laugh?

When Bill played a major role in accusing my station WXTZ 87.9 Norwich as being a high powered PIRATE station and stole images and other information from my stations Facebook page, we posted a link to his website and called him an A$$HOLE and his website names he sent me the following email. For your reading pleasure here is that email along with my response.

Hartford broadcast engineer Tom Terrell was hired to investigate the interfering station on 87.9 MHz in the Norwich area. Ray Burns, also an engineer, was contacted by Tom to work as a second hand in documenting the illegal station. They found the station, performed field strength measurements and recorded multiple hours of programming per the request of the parties that hired Mr. Terrell’s services. As an aside, it would be interesting to hear whose voice appears on the over-the-air recordings that were made on the 87.9 station - I’m sure this is a dead giveaway in identifying who operated said station!


The discussion in my forums never mentioned your name, Mr. Fontaine. You ripped into a fellow forum member and your rant on my forum pretty much confirmed that you were associated with the station that operated on 87.9. Add to this every piece of equipment you inquired about in the forums also appeared on the picture of the station’s Facebook page. And by the way, you may wish to familiarize yourself with Facebook’s terms of service. Anything you post on Facebook is the property of Facebook and is subject to their terms. The legal firm representing the licensed facilities Terrell is contracted with had requested cached content of those pages as part of pursuing legal action in regards to the FEDERAL CRIME of broadcasting without a valid FCC license.


Mr. Terrell convinced the involved parties to abandon their action as 87.9 went off the air, but after seeing your rant I am ready to contact both Tom and the licensee to request they continue to pursue legal action. I’ll gladly take the day off from work to visit the Commission’s Boston field office, as I’m sure they will be happy to act when us three engineers present them with the assorted documentation and audio recordings. Add to this multiple affidavits from others involved in either documenting the existence of the station or persons having been told of the alleged possession of a low-power FM license to broadcast on 87.9.


It’s your call, Bruce. I’ve already forwarded copies of the forums postings to Tom Terrell and will request them be forwarded to the legal firm representing his client. If you continue to defame my website or me personally on any venue you access, including but not limited to any Facebook account in your control, I will seek legal remediation. Somebody born in July of 1959 should know better.

Don't make me laugh, I in no way participated an the actual transmissions of my station, I never did nor did I ever say I provided the FM signal. I provided the stream, I never will say the telephone number 860-383-4452 was not my phone number, it was, and I never denied that, your member Ray F Burns repeatedly called me names, over and over again, but you felt the need to defend one name caller but not the other. All I am guilty of is calling him a BULLY, I was called 7 insulting names by your member, including a PIRATE and a PIECE OF WORK!! I sat back day after day while you all insulted me before I responded to your bullpoop. I would have liked it better, if you or anyone had called my phone number and talked to me. Guess what Einstein, that phone number was MINE, I would have answered it and if anyone was re-transmitting my studio feed at a RF power above 250 microvolts per meter @ 3 meters I would have been a willing participant. If Tom was to call my phone number, I would haveb been more than willing to open my damned door and let them in my studio to see for them selves, the signal was not coming from my studio, I would have even opened the door right then and there to prove the RF was not coming from my studio. Did they do that? NO NO NO NO they didn't! I am NOT Bruce Edwards, but that name was chosen by me for one of our DJs, MY DJ name was Cool Breeze from the Z as in WXTZ 87.9 Norwich. We only chose 87.9MHz because every local channel was occupied. We could not operate without causing co-channel interference to any local station, we had no choice to recommend 87.9MHz to avoid local issues with co-channel interference to local licensed stations. I never operated a transmitter from my house that operated below 88.1MHz. I was truthful with you about that. I only owned an AM Stereo C-Quam transmitter put together by Chris Cuff, which only transmitted no more then 20 feet on the AM broadcast band. Our studio clearly announced on our WXTZ Facebook page and twitter page that our studio was available on the web as a web stream and that stream was publicly available for rebroadcast for those that wished to participate in our station. Out of all the bullpoop that was posted against me, no one mentioned that post in their accusations. Why is that Bill? My name is Bruce, I created the WXTZ 87.9 Norwich Facebook page and the WXTZ Twitter account. I am also the one who recently edited the Wikipedia page for WXTZ with the truth. MY PHONE NUMBER WAS 860-383-4452 before I changed it, what am I hiding Bill? I never hid anything, I never asked anyone to operate above part 15 rules and regulations. I did own a part 73 certified transmitter, but I sent it back the day it arrived, because you convinced me it was NOT worth keeping, because it was over powered and could not be attenuated for part 15. Okay accuse me all you want, but your buddy Tom Terrell could have called 860-383-4452 while outside my house and I would have ended the whole controversy by inviting him into our studio. I would not have threatened him with violence as I stated on your forum. If anyone was violating the law with my studio feed, I would have helped locate the bastard, by asking them to call the studio. You know why I didn't? Because it wasn't that violator you wanted, it was ME and ONLY ME!! You knew before I posted on your website regarding your false allegations against my station, that Bruce was the owner of WXTZ 87.9 Norwich, you were simply baiting me, by playing stupid.

I do not fear the FCC because my actions did not include broadcasting on the FM broadcast band, I provided a legal web stream, nowhere in my possession did I own or operate a transmitter that opertaed below the frequency of 88.1MHz! All I owned was a RAMSEY FM 100 transmitter see the attached image!!! That is my ONLY transmitter!!! Tell me how that thing transmits on 87.9? You are the one who made this a legal issue, Facebook clearly has told me, my images are MINE and your hosting them is a violation of copyright law. I told you, I have attorneys in my family, it costs me nothing to sue you.

By the way asswipe never called me nor agreed to meet me in person. He's a coward just like Ray F Burns. Secondly, yes that is my real name, and I posted it in this post, but in my email I gave him my real full name because I do not fear the baldy fat man, that is exactly how I typed it in the email I sent him.

if you really want to screw him then find out who now owns the LPB copyrights and inform them about Bill's posting and watermarking of LPB manuals and other copyright data on his website hobbybroadcaster.

it is obviously the true reason he hides these manuals til you reach a certain trust level with Der furor over there!!!
