anyone who is registered over at HB.net and has sufficient privileges to view links feel free to email me links and the topics they are associated with and i will post them here, my site, and/or part15us.
there is more than one way to skin a cat.
email them to: forumsnotify[AT]gmail[dot]com
you will remain anonymous. i will not reveal anyone's identity who forwards HB links to me.
there have been a few interesting ones i want to read and bill has been very careful of his wording so as not to reveal too much to give clues to the links.
thanks

Bringing the Hobby Back to the People
Excellent plan part15engineer.
Maybe we could even give "hobbycaster" credit as the source for the links.

Somehow my Artisan Radio username went away, so this is my new one.
I've never been a particular fan of Hobbybroadcaster. The essay they require you to write before you can become a member. The general feeling that it's all about the owner/operator/webmaster/admin rather than helping others. The onerous moderating. The paranoia about security, when it's obvious to anyone whose worked in the computer field that he really doesn't know what he's talking about (there's nothing worse than a self-taught computer & security 'expert'). And now this, which really is the culmination of all these things.
But why bother? From what I've seen the few times I've gone over there in the last little while, there's precious little of value being talked about, particularly surrounding Part 15 broadcasting. And most of the posts follow the same format - Bill initiates, a few respond, and then the self praising begins. Usually you can find the links yourself with a little bit of googling.
From my point of view, all this is just enabling him, when he appears to be well past his 'best before' date.
I'd ignore it all. Eventually, as it becomes obvious what's really happening over there, the site will wither away.
