Most if not all Part 15 radio stations depend on some sort of wired communication, be it internet cable or DSL over copper, and if service isn't up to reasonable standards it's easy to blame the cable guy for shoddy workmanship. That's why this story attracted the eye of ALPB News... what the cable guy has to put up with.
