Can anyone else hear that signal on 13.560 ? I can but i have so much interference that i just cannot make out what the programming is or a station i.d.
I hear a man talking but i have no idea what he is talking about.
Quick edit, i hear something on 13.565 as well, maybe the same signal.

Hard to say. Could just be very strong signals overloading the front end. Could be an external mix heterodyning in the VLF range.
Not at my shortwave. I'd like to checkout that 13.560 signal. Several months ago I was hearing repetitive pulses. At one point it sounded like two or three different transmitters as the signals were all slightly different.
Definitely got to get my 13.560 transmitter going here.

The best time generally speaking to hear signals in that part of the spectrum is during daylight hours. However nights sometimes as a function of solar activity. dx.qsl.net/propagation/greyline.html
