A post was made in the talking sign thread about the FCC having its engineering department dissolved and merged into another department.
This cannot be good because it could in fact hurt us hobby broadcasters. Think about it this way Park 15 is governed by the office of engineering and technology if that is no longer the case then I'm afraid there's going to be a lot of things that are going to go squirrely real soon.
