tried to access HB forums as a guest to see what's new and found my IP (likely most of comcast in the denver area) once again is blocked.

I think "he" is hurting himself by restricting members or anyone contacting him just because of your email address. The majority of people have emails with Google or Yahoo and some providers like mine do not even provide their own email service. Can you imagine me not being able to join a gym because the owner doesn't like where I live? Now he is even blocking IP emails?
But, he has a right to be that way.
By Mr. Wonderful I assumed you meant the other forum, not Mr Wonderful on Shark Tank.
