We added video to the podcast studio as an afterthought. Seems it's now the driver in how we arrange and configure things in the room. For those ALPB stations and affiliates. I'm putting this out as a resource as it streams to Facebook, Twitch, Youtube, and other social media site with ease, not to mention allowing multiple cameras to be used. obsproject.com/ take a look, let me know if you have questions.

Our LPFM recently switched to Facebook Live for video streaming. Problematic at best.
The stream will only run about an hour and then drop.
They constantly mute audio for copyright issues and sometimes stop the stream.
They send an email alerting us to the copyright issue and give the option to claim rights to music and will unmute the audio if so.
Have you experienced these issues?
Also, the audio quality of the stream is not very good.
The exposure is great as everyone seems to be on Facebook, which is why we are trying it.

So far our streams are speech only, so we have not run afoul of the copyright police.
Doing a side-by-side of the audio (recorded at the console) vs. Facebook (from the stream) there is a huge difference in quality
We did a test run with Stream Guys, www.streamguys.com/ - if not for the cost, we would pay them to nail up the streams as there is a huge difference.
