using a procaster getting out about a mile and half to a car radio albeit noisy at the 1.5 mi mark but readable.
for some oddball reason i can't get the reflected down on the carrier current, so it is off the air for now.

There's how to have a great looking station in a smaller space. It can be done, especially when it's single DJ/operator.
Having the Enterprise from Trek on screen reminds me that the install looks like the bridge of a ship itself!
Glad that you didn't sell your station, and as for carrier current, you might have to try another coupling method. I couldn't get LPB's methods to work at my place.
Rock on!

Aren't you glad no one bought your station!
How'd you like the extra jingles I sent you?
Rock on!....don't give up the thing that makes you happy.

It was a site called "ImageThing" where you put in the info. for your station, format, choose from voices you like and choose the songs to sample from all genres and it does the rest, creates the jingle for you, and every time something different comes up and you store the ones you like in your cart. The commercial stations probably use this method also and it seems like listeners actually called in. Sounds great doesn't it.
The site also will include your frequency in the jingle when you fill in the info. I kept mine generic so if I ever have to change frequencies they don't have to be redone.
To use the ones I gave you (which is free) try audacity and you should be able to put your station and frequency that I did for you and that track in audacity together as they are both MP3 format and see if you can merge then together somehow. Audacity displays tracks in real time in 1/2 seconds. I have used audacity to edit some songs like taking something out or adding a faded ending when the song goes on to long and should have ended before. It puts the finished track back in your documents. But I don't know how to join two things together but I'm sure you can do it....maybe someone else here knows?

I use free MP3 merge to join two tracks together. I did one of those Imaging thing promos for my station. I have my voice saying the Legacy and then their voice says revolutionary radio deep tracks. It sounds great.
