Making it seem easy by working long hours with little sleep and even less food, Carl Blare has lived long enough to host another edition of The Low Power Hour.
Low Power Hour No. 103 is presented in association with the Association of Low Power Broadcasters (ALPB) and part 15(dot)us, the program all about power down low in the background noise of radio broadcasting in the world.
This edition came out 65-seconds too long, so we used Audacity's time-stretch tool to crush it down to 55-minutes and you can't detect it so it needn't be mentioned.
We flash-forward into the future where Carl seems to have posted a YouTube conversation with T.D.Mischke which explains a few things about why the Mischke Roadshow was undertaken, as heard weekly on KDX Worldround Radio, except that Carl does not post to YouTube.
Wondering whether North Korea's bomb test might interfere with low power radio we take in a report from Dr. Ron Tarner coming from the World Famous Phil Hendrie Show.
Bob and Ray provide a report from Wally Ballou stationed somewhere in the world.
Glenn Hauser on his World of Radio program covers the CRB (Copyright Royalty Board) Rates that are still causing a cascading collapse of hobby radio streams.
Tim in Bovey makes Low Power in the News for his tremendous yet suspicious activity in a vacant lot just outside of town with funny looking lab equipment. We can attest that he was only testing toy FM transmitters.
Mention is made of Royalty Free Music, now being employed on Low Power Hour hours.
