What Ever Happened to So and So?
Among topics enjoyed at the May 5th ALPB Meeting were questions about some of our great stations that haven't been heard from recently.
Ken Norris of Friday Harbor Tiny Radio, very active serving his island community in Washington State, maintains a website marked "Currently Off the Air". That's all we know for now, if you know anything more please report.
Rich Powers, possibly the most active part 15er in recent memory, active across the divide between dueling part 15 forums as End 80 Radio from Tybee Island, Georgia, is not only silent but his website missing. Come in Rich!
Ken Cartwright of KENC fame, legendary victim of an FCC bringdown after he'd tried to serve his Oregon community with a string of three Rangemaster 1000's, faded from notice for awhile, but has been found safe in heaven operating his own LPFM station!
