I sure hope this doesn't push Jerry back into a corner. The last time he had legal problems over his use of the name "Daddy G" he disappeared for a long time.

In response to the NOUO Jerry Gaule himself posted a reply at radiodiscussions.com, and here is the heart of what he disclosed:
"Well he simply came by, I showed him the system(Signed it off)signed the papers,sent him a letter/affidavit(no fines)walked away,accepted it,did not fight it..too dammed old I guess for a fight..It was a Talking house II New..not grounded..had it on my second floor apartment,antenna vertical hung up to the ceiling that was it really,simple it sat on a box on the floor..he was nice..I voluntarily signed off in front of him...
"Now I focus on SRN that is good for me..I meant no harm to anyone just having fun..or on purpose cause any problems or such...crap happened..Now on to SRN..if I may share..to all.."

So, I'm confused.
The TH is inside with the "wire" antenna simply taped to the ceiling, not even using an ATU and they claim he's way over the Part 15.209 limit which should not have applied since the TH is certified Part 15.219 for use with either the simple wire or the ATU.
Unless the unit was modified or defective how did this happen?

I had correspondence with Jerry the other day. He shed some light on his situation. I would prefer to allow him to speak for himself although he did indicate I was free to quote him.
Jerry said he might attend the July 20th TeamSpeak meeting.
