Got this from Insideradio.com. Apparently, Cumulus has hit a "snag" with their re-organization plan.

Not sure if this bodes well for the future of radio where I am. Both of the major local stations are owned by Cumulus, those being WICC-AM and the market's top rated FM, WEBE. Something to be mega-concerned about?
