Interesting. I just clicked on the link and it came up. Try Google Rangemaster vs Procaster. That's how I found it.

This could help The Legacy now that our chosen and only available frequency is now unavailable!! I'll now be shifting gears to the AM Hobby Broadcaster movement due to the over crowded situation of FM. We're trying to gather donations for an expensive AM Transmitter that will travel 2 miles as Joe the Ham dude showed you can go.
NRR too is shifting towards AM and maybe a new service for Hobby Radio. Thanks for any information on great and easy to install and operate AM Transmitters especially C-Quam AM Stereo to fit the picky requirements of Album Rock.

This is a rather old thread but might give some insights from other Part 15 operators. Radio DiscussionsI enjoyed reading those messages. Learned for the first time that Pat Ryan got fined by the FCC. Anyone know the outcome? I'm surprised that he continued the same business long after that.
