For the first time last night we used the NEW (used) computer here at KDX to record our Blare OnAir TeamSpeak Show, but ran into a problem of not getting the incoming sound from TeamSpeak being fed to our recording.
On the Windows XP machine the device called "Stereo-Mix" accomplished the needed function, but on Windows 7 we are not able to find "stereo-mix".
The computer is an HP 8300.
Members of last night's meeting said that Windows 7 does have "stereo-mix" but that it is "disabled" and hard to locate for "enabling".
Not only can I not locate it but the SEARCH tool seems unaware of the term "stereo-mix" and doesn't come up with useful information.
Please help us save our career.
