A New Day From a New Computer
Today I succeeded in establishing a LAN connection between my new used computer and the old used computer, and started installing software.
The first thing to go in is the new version of Audacity.
Next, in preparation for next Saturday's TeamSpeak Meeting we installed TeamSpeak Client. They sent a "Initiation Key" in an e-mail, but after trying it 10 times it has failed. But it may not matter... I have now used the new TeamSpeak to connect to the MRAM Meeting Facility and the only thing I need now is a microphone plugged into this computer.
Eventually the two computers will be fully redundant... either one will be able to take over for the other if one fails. As long as they both work the old one will continue to be the streaming server while this newer one will be used for browsing and production.
The last piece of the puzzle will be a means of generating cash. Send ideas in care of this station.
