Yup but some folks call what we do a part 15 service. Never is there really at this point a service for Hobby Broadcasting. Many folks figured years ago that you can have an audience via the section of the FCC Rules called Part 15.
So to really operate as a True Hobby Broadcaster we need a service for just that. This is where some have been mislead into believing they can almost operate as they were a micro version of a large station.
There are so many theory's under part 15 we see all over the Internet. Its really vague.
