I Spotted That Too
Paying a courtesy call to the hyper fortified HB public-resistant website I noticed a virtually word for word rendition of a post I'd seen days earlier here on ALPB Forums in which DavidC described his findings with SSD (Solid State Drive) and resultant computer speed.
There was no message saying "posted by permission from the author". In fact, their webmaster claimed to "know" the information.

Nice to see that he frequents this Forum.
Although, one of the alleged reasons for banning individuals from HIS website was others 'stealing' his ideas and Forum topics.

Yep, I really got tired of my PC dragging. It was a Dell Inspiron 11 3000 series. It's nice and small with a touch screen but it overall sucked performance wise. So I just bought a new laptop designed for "gamers".I know nothing about gaming and have no interest in games but the one I bought is a very high performance PC. It's an Acer Predator Helios 300, aka Predator G3-571. It has 16 GB of RAM and a 256 GB solid state drive. To that I added a 2 TB Seagate Firecuda hard drive that is a solid state hybrid drive and supposed to be among the fastest available. It's very fast. I'm very happy.
