Great History of a Smart Idea
Great story, Druid Hills Radio, about the origins of the automobile radio!
Even with my short drives a few times a week the radio is the best part of the ride.
I try to keep the seats empty so no one speaks while the radio is on.
But what about the new-fangled self-driving cars we're being stuck with?
Will the radios be self-something, like maybe self-tuning or have some other self-centered attitude?
What if the factory sets the radio to only tune right wing propaganda hate talk?
Makes me glad this is not the future.
