Checked this out and got the stream ...playing some good stuff. Is this a commercial station or a hobby one? It's a 226 area code but don't know where in Canada that is(could look it up I guess)
OK area code in contact phone number is London Ontario.

FM Station in CanadaWhile sorting through thousands of Icecast radio stations I found another Canadian station. Radio Bulle 93.6If that's an FM channel it is in between regular channels...(?)

I'm 100% against someone operating between channels. This not can it WILL cause harmfull interference to licensed broadcasters. This is the Worst type of Pirate.

Not Only That But
Everything TheLegacy said plus the fact that being in-between channels results in being undetected by digital tuners.

The map for the latter station shows that it is located in France, not Canada. What are the rules for FM stations in Europe?

Just did some more research, and it's fairly common, at least in France (and probably in Europe) to have an even-numbered FM frequency. I think that they go with 100Kz steps, as opposed to 200 Khz (but I haven't verified that yet).

Lots of countries in Europe and different countries could have a different rule or set up but a bandwidth of 100klz steps would give you way more stations but not as good fidelity, but still better than the 10klz on AM. Some of that bandwidth would also be a gardband like here as you only really have 150klz bandwidth as 25klz on each side is a buffer zone.
