Now that would be cool in small communities whereas the power company may help with Carrier Current Radio. A village like Deltaville could really be provided great programming from someone like The Legacy and come in clearly without worry about FCC actions against the operator.
The Legacy maybe saving Donation Money for a day whereas its easy for a visually impaired person to safely run carrier current and serve a small village 2 miles in each direction all running from the same power grid.
