If The Customer Never Writes
Let's say you invent a pencil sharpener that plays your radio station with absolute clarity.
The people who order it online never write or comment and the only thing you have to go by is increasing sales.
But, do they like it?
According to a study I've considered doing, if there is total silence after a sale it means the customer is pleased out of his or her mind and wherever they are, sport a mile wide smile.
It all serves as proof that the Blare OnAir programs are well loved and carried by so many of the low power stations. There is never a word about how much they love it, which proves they do.
