ALPB Issues Pardon
For the heroic action taken by Keith Mutch to arrange the rescue of a 12 year old girl from treacherous waters, and reuniting her with the dog, the ALPB issues an un-printed pardon for Mutch's previous asinine behavior.
At the same time we believe the 12 year old girl should be shamed and humiliated for ignoring adult advice by taking the dog into the canoe without responsible safety precautions.
Mutch is still under a lifelong ban against membership in the ALPB because you just can't trust some people.
Disclaimer: The ALPB is completely unaware of any of this and members cannot go around issuing pardons under the Organization's name.
