Questions on Rails
The "spontaneous(?)" concert performance blocking the exit doors of a metro train does make an exciting video that resembles a well choreographed sequence in a movie musical, but some questions come to mind.
The video can now be used as evidence of a copyright violation leading to a fine from the royalty agency.
If the same thing were done by a couple of black kids with a boombox they would be wrestled to the ground at the train station and their heads banged against a police van per the new White House Policy.
If a part 15 radio guy was sitting nearby with his recorder running could he later be sued by the two musicians for broadcasting their performance without permission.
The city can probably crack down for staging a public performance without a permit.
Life is complicated and I am typing words that are being tracked right now by a satellite that is putting everything into a giant harddrive in Utah.
