The ALPB is for low power broadcasters. WLSL-LP is a Low Power FM. I think there are only 2 licensed LPFM'ers as members but I could wrong.

Radio Boy Alan has WDXD-LPFM in Tallahassee but I can't remember if he joined the ALPB.

Oh yeah, Alan has been a member for quite some time.
He was on the BRAG page for quite awhile also.
And although we exclude no one interested in broadcasting The ALPB was conceived around Licence Free-Low Power Broadcasting.
