"The Low Power at 100" celebrates one-century of Low Power Hours since 1915. The mistake is soon cleared up, but not everyone gets the message, that this is actually the 100th Low Power Hour and Carl Blare is younger than would otherwise be necessary. Employing the ALPB as an advice counseling group, Carl seeks guidance on how to understand the numeric significance of "100," and the advice points in many directions. Low Power In the News gets word of the death of radio genius Stan Freberg and sends FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler to the end of the show to clear time for a memorial to Freberg. The ongoing "longest interview ever held" between Derrick Larson of mischkemadness.com and Tommy D. Mischke, famed radio host from Minneapolis-St. Paul, presents Part 2 of the "Depression" subject. An experimental radio program called "Stories of Rich People" devotes a few minutes to the lives of Snoopy and Romney Vandeventer. Carl decides to auction his surplus fame on the internet. Finally Tom Wheeler gets time to explain "Net Neutrality" and "FCC Field Office Closing." For the first time the Low Power Hour also provides a short Promo so stations can, uh, promote the Low Power Hour. kdxradio.com/lph.html
