Low Power Hour No. 99, titled "Last Laugh," is the best show in this entire series. We become re-introduced to radio personality Tommy Mischke, recently of WCCO Minneapolis, Minnesota. Mischke muses on the definition of "indifference." We hear an example of his "Phantom Phone Calls" that got him his first radio job on KSTP St. Paul, and a moment from one of those early shows. Continuation of the large "Mischke Interview" brings us to the subject of depression, and a very serious explanation of the little understood condition. From The Phil Hendrie Show we get a Traffic Report, with many Low Power In the News stories, including Alex Jones encouraging the use of micro-transmitters, Buzz Burbank with word of "hemp capacitors" and "telepathy by internet," Allan Weiner at WBCQ and his special deal on shortwave airtime, already carrying shows from part 15 people Tha Dood and Free Thinker Radio. Buster Boatrocker commentary on FCC internet regulation. This month Gary Owens died at age 80 and we hear him on radio and recording. Our finale brings Pussy Riot with their first English language protest song, "I Can't Breath."

Low Power Hour No. 99 Version 1 (V1) has been replaced by Low Power Hour No. 99 Version 2 (V2).
The differences are slight: V1 is 1-Hour in length, V2 is shrunk to 55-Minutes, based on a time-compression experiment conducted by MRAM 2500 using Adobe Audition. I, Carl Blare, was able to do the same thing using Audacity. Also, the single line "...on WCCO Minneapolis..." was added.
