Disjointed Misleading Erratic Bit of Writ
A good reader would find the piece possibly contradictory and seemingly incomplete.
A typical (bad) reader would think they had just found free money but would become frustrated by any attempt to cash in.
It's probably another example of writing by someone who didn't much understand the subject.
Someone once wrote a news story like that about me and after I read it I no longer knew what I did.

Doesn't seem that illegal as the article keeps in line with part 15 regs. Only thing is the antenna section which shows an antenna other than one that came with the transmitter. It also goes on about making your own antenna, and says that part 15 transmitters come with no antenna which is false. I Like that it is mentioned to use mono for better signal. Ya, maybe the part about antennas may not be legal but I'm not sure about part 15.
