For Carl and anyone else who can use some of my programming.
Duration 4 hours and a bit, typical of what's heard all the time.
Problem...can't post on this forum because the file is too big so if Carl or anyone else knows how to do this let me know! Even sending to compressed folder wouldn't let me download file here.

The only suggestion I know is to find out what the largest file is that your e-mail program will allow sending as an "Attachment" and break your program up into chunks that fit that limit and send a series of e-mails.
The program will join back together on our playlist.

How large is the file? Is it MP3? If so at what bitrate was it encoded?
Do you have a website? If so you could upload to your host and link to it.
There are also some free services which will allow you to upload to the service for distibution. One that comes to mind is DropBox. You can get a free DropBox account and they start you out with 1 gigabyte of storage.
Some of the Podcast sites also allow putting your material up for free. I'm sure there will be some comment regarding copyright issues.
