Down To the Final Why
Throughout life one is dogged by the why's.
Existence. The transience of life. Sex. Border politics. So many why's.
But finally it comes down to the last why of them all.
Why are we compelled to spend our last hobby concerned about listeners?
Who cares what anybody hears?
Isn't the main thing what we alone want to hear?
Are we some kind of "jehovahs witness" for good music? Or intelligent talk?
The neighbors have their own pastimes. Need we become their station of choice and what does it do for us if they do tune in?
Suppose I deliver the profound truth put forth by Alex Jones. Why should I set myself up as the middle man to push Jone's message however illuminating it may be?
If someone tried to push some sounds on me would I stand for it?
Of course not. I don't have time for some stranger's idea of "good music" or "enlightened messages" when I clearly have my own obviously superior playlist.
What it comes down to is this: we are amused by little transmitters. Some people call them oscillators.
We find oscillation to be an interesting phenomenon. That's what's going on here. This notion that it has anything to do with being heard is a false one and the sooner we realize our foolishness the better.
Yes, I oscillate too, along with the best of them. But it's none of the neighbor's business and I'd tell them as much.
They are entitled to their poor musical taste and have every right to be uninformed about world affairs.
There is no reason to intrude with intentional radiation.
Listen to me on this.
