That's a Cisco router, a Barix streamer, and I guess the transmitter is behind them? Pretty cool construction, down to the whip antenna mounting and seal. It looks like a good outdoor box, and how do you feel about the possible heat buildup inside, especially on summer days?

I'm a bit confused about the multiple frequencies.

i run those frequencies between my different sites. i list them all on each sites info packet. obviously 1640 isn't up yet as 1640 is that package which i don't have a host for yet but 1620 and 1630 are up and running. it's just so the FCC know those sites all belong to me should they show up.

Pretty Good thinking Part15 Engineer on the sign for the FCC to read if they should inspect the transmitter.

Admittedly that is a pretty great idea, like your own little public file. Both "cute" and practical. The enclosure is a fantastic idea, glad its working out for you!
