Having just completed the building of a Ramsey FM30B Transmitter Kit at the 1st floor project table, we are moving below to the basement bench to complete our Big Talker Shortwave Transmitter by installing the component cards in a metal case.
Once complete, the transmitter goes into service driving an End-Fed Dipole Antenna as tested and suggested by MRAM 1500, relaying the programs of KDX Worldround Radio at 13.560 MHz shortwave under FCC Part 15.225.
15.225 Operation within the band 13.110-14.010 MHz. (a)The field strength of any emissions within the band 13.553-13.567 MHz shall not exceed 15,848 microvolts/meter at 30 meters.
Pictures to come.

As promised, lugged the tripod down into the catacombs and grabbed an opening scene shot of the parts that need to be assembled to finish the Big Talker Shortwave Transmitter.

I'll be checking 13.560 to see if I do hear any of you part 15 Shortwave stations as this interests me on the possibilities of sky wave for low powered shortwave.
