One service already provided by ALPB is that of making available various radio programs to Part 15 stations. As part of the "growth" of Part 15, perhaps the organization can actively seek permissions to air programs that may be streamed or posted online by their producers. One such show that would be very suitable for Part 15 use was found by Bruce of the Dog Radio Group, it is "The Phil Hendrie Show" philhendrieshow.comHis after midnight show is carried by over 100 radio stations, but his podcasts require a $9.90 monthly subscription. If the ALPB could acquire blanket permission for airing of either the live stream or the podcast of the Phil Hendrie Show, it would be a real show of strength for the ALPB. Phil Hendrie is a voice-talent and actor on TV, films and does his show out of a love for radio. He is a master of characters, and does many of his own call-ins with voices that sound like actual people, except that they are ever so absurd.

I followed up on your idea and emailed The Phil Hendrie show for details.
Stand-by...

That is good news and I hope we get a green light to use his programs. In the meantime I have found a heap of freely available Phil Hendrie podcasts at this link philhendrieradio.comIt says they are "free" but I don't see any other terms and conditions, so it's best we ask before airing.
