Its not that cut and dry but Oh well. Bill has always been an Anti FM Troll. He only looks for FM Pirates as he calls them and as he says is over 250 feet in distance. To what I say is Pure T BS. Once I find the actual court document about that boy it will put this crap to rest.
As far as the hobby goes now days you have people running around acting like Radio Sheriff and then they don't really have the proper equipment to practice what they impose upon others.
As long as you have people with enough knowledge to be dangerous and yet act as Johnny Law you'll have chaos in this hobby. This crap has gotten way out of hand. Even a Ham operator who thinks its OK to go to someone's house and damage their ATU and make it very expensive to replace the stuff and get back on the air. Now in the state of NC to the best of my knowledge you can legally shoot someone if they done that. I'd have no moral issue with shooting someone who tried to damage my equipment by playing Radio Police. This is why allowing snitches or even talking about playing snitch is a very bad idea.
If you have been on The New Radio Revolution site you'd know how I feel about all of that. As far as Radio Brandy I feel they are a respected site. Lots of good knowledge there and the staff is very helpful. So I feel there has been too much bashing against that site.

The only problem that I have with the Radio Brandy website is their intermixing of Part 15 with non Part 15, and the potential confusion that that can cause to newcomers.

I was on the site a while back and they did show the difference back then.
Hopefully they will continue to have separate pages.
