IMHO the "best" antenna choice for 13.560 is the 1/4 wave vertical antenna. The radiation angle is low meaning that it great for long range (DX) and when ground mounted it is easy to construct. One can be fashioned out of aluminum tube and is only 17 feet and 3 inches tall.

Antenna Construction
The 13.560 MHz antenna described by Druid is similar to what PhilB (inventor of AMT5000) also suggested for 13.560 shortwave.
Meanwhile, MRAM 1500 is feeding his Big Talker 13.560 MHz transmitter over a End-Fed Dipole draped horizontally at an upward angle between his building and 60-foot tower.
I am thinking about having two shortwave installations using each of the antenna designs, switchable back and forth.
I'd like to have a (vertical) tower that would support the 17-footer on one side and a 10-footer on the other side for medium wave.

Actually, the type of antenna John mentioned would be easier to deploy at it would be easy to ground mount since it would be self supporting mounted to a pipe in the ground.
My end fed dipole is meant to be suspended from one end. It's great to take camping as it simply rolls up for storage. Sling-shot a string over a tree branch and pull it up for use.
I have a tri-band ground mounted vertical for the 10-15-20 meter bands. With only 4 wire radials laid on the ground, each about 15 feet long, the antenna performs quite well.

Depending on what area of the 20 meter band your vertical resonates in, you might be able to get away with using it on 13.560.
