81.1 to 87.3 should be opened for unlicensed broadcasting with like 40w min but I would really like to see 180w and 180ft max antenna height with a decent amount of restrictions. How did you come up with these arbitrary figures? There's a lot more science involved. That's a good question, some serious interference can be had with less. |
