I think that idea is spreadingI heard about this on Radio Survivor 4-5 episodes ago, when the guest was talking about how people view sound in the environment. She related a story about waiting for a bus late at night in an area where they were trying to reduce loitering, and loud speakers were set to Blare classical music at high decibel levels, and said we should think about that, because it's fine arts music being used as a weapon. It might be a different story in front of a convenience store where it might be a little loud, but you're only passing through. I've seen less loitering in general in recent times, I think it may be because of the cell phone. Boomer
